The Chobe National Park is the second largest national park in Botswana, with a greater variety of wildlife than anywhere else in Botswana. A cruise or drive along the riverfront is recommended, where you will spot a bulk of the park's animals congregate. Chobe is renowned for having the highest concentration of elephants in Africa with truly impressive herds gathering during both the wet and dry season. The original inhabitants of what is now the park were the San people, otherwise known in Botswana as the Basarwa or Bushmen. |

Mowana Safari Lodge - Chobe National Park
